Overall, not a place I would take a female friend to. It's barely good enough for me to sleep in and go to the event. I think I will spend a little extra money and go to better hotels next year.

I'll try to be brief and to the point. The bed was clean and comfortable. The vinyl floor was very dirty. In the morning I discovered that they only sweep it, no sanitary mopping. Don't expect to have a cold drink because the ice maker doesn't work, just like the coffee or juice in the morning along with nothing else to eat. You get 2 skimpy thin wornout towels and get a skowel and cross words if you ask for anymore. Oh yeah, don't drop it on that floor because it will be filthy when you pick it up. Light above the mirror non working, smashed light fixtures. Noisey

The beds were fine but the ceiling was leaking into our room, called for maintenance at 5:30pm and they never came. We were offered another room but we're too tired to change at 10pm so we wiped it up a bit ourselves. Had to call the front desk from the adjacent room because the phone also didn't work.

This place was a dump. Bugs and spiders in the room. Horrible smell. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is conveniently located and there was ample parking. The staff were outstanding, helpful and friendly. Make no mistake, this is a budget focused facility so if you are expecting mints on your pillows or fancy soaps in the bathroom you will not be happy, but if you want a comfortable place to stay with great staff this is an excellent choice.
